Anti-spam Policy

  • Sending bulk emails or commercial emails is not allowed. This include promotional emails, transactional emails, marketing emails and newsletters.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your email hosting account if we discover you are sending SPAM or bulk emails.

Outgoing Email Limits

There is a limit to the number of outgoing emails that can be sent per day. This limit is applied per email address.

  • External Recipient: Each email address can send 400 emails per day to external recipients.
  • Local Recipient: Each email address can send 1440 emails per day to local recipients.

External Recipient: Sending email from hello@mydomain.tld to hi@anotherdomain.tld

Local Recipient: Sending email from hello@mydomain.tld to hi@mydomain.tld
