Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains what is and is not allowed when using Gbefunwa services, including managed WordPress hosting, domain registration and management, email hosting, and link-in-bio pages.

This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Gbefunwa Terms of Service. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here, and the governing law and dispute provisions of the Terms of Service apply to this Policy. In this Policy, “we”, “us”, and “Gbefunwa” mean Gbefunwa LLC, a United States limited liability company and the operator of the Gbefunwa services.

By using Gbefunwa, you agree to use our services responsibly, legally, and in a way that does not harm other users, our platform, our infrastructure, or the wider internet.

1. General use

You must not use Gbefunwa services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or disruptive. You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, send, host, link to, or make available through your account, and for the activity of anyone you allow to access your account.

2. Prohibited content and activity

You must not use Gbefunwa to create, host, promote, send, link to, or distribute:

• Adult content, pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual services
• Illegal content or activity
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, abuse, or content that encourages violence
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or misleading activity
• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive email practices
• Content promoting self-harm, or the exploitation or abuse of any person
• Regulated goods or services — including gambling, financial or cryptocurrency promotions, pharmaceuticals, supplements, weapons, and similar — where you do not hold the legal permissions required in the relevant jurisdiction
• Any content or activity that damages the reputation, stability, security, or operation of Gbefunwa

3. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for content or activity that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or harms children.

You must never use any Gbefunwa service to store, host, publish, link to, transmit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or to facilitate the grooming, exploitation, or abuse of a minor.

Where we become aware of such material or activity, we will remove it, terminate the account immediately and without notice, preserve relevant records, and report it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and reporting bodies as required by law. This section applies regardless of any other provision of this Policy.

4. WordPress hosting

You must not use our managed WordPress hosting to host websites that contain prohibited content, run malicious scripts, attack other systems, send spam, overload our servers, or breach third-party rights.

You are responsible for keeping your website, themes, plugins, and login details secure and up to date. We may suspend, isolate, or clean websites that create security risks, are compromised, or negatively affect our hosting environment or other customers.

5. Domains

You must not use domains registered, managed, or connected through Gbefunwa for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, cybersquatting, typosquatting, or prohibited content.

You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete registrant and contact information for any domain. Inaccurate or falsified registration data is a breach of this Policy and may result in suspension under applicable registry, registrar, and ICANN requirements.

Your use of domain services is also subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant domain registry and registrar. We may suspend or restrict domain-related services where required by law, registry rules, registrar requirements, abuse reports, or this Policy.

6. Email hosting

You must not use Gbefunwa email hosting to send spam, phishing emails, malware, scams, abusive messages, or unsolicited bulk email.

When sending messages to multiple recipients, you must have a lawful basis and the recipient’s consent to be contacted, must not use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested address lists, and must promptly honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests. You must comply with all applicable email and anti-spam laws and with accepted deliverability best practices, including correct authentication of your sending domains.

We may rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that generate high complaint rates, hit spam traps, harm the reputation of our mail systems, or otherwise put our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

7. Link-in-bio pages

You must not use Gbefunwa link-in-bio pages to display, promote, or link to adult content, sexually explicit material, illegal activity, harmful content, scams, malware, phishing pages, hate speech, harassment, or any other prohibited content.

This applies to every element of a page, including page names, usernames and handles, profile images, backgrounds, thumbnails, link titles, descriptions, buttons, and external links. You are responsible for the destination and content of every link you publish.

You must not use link-in-bio pages to:

• Cloak, disguise, or misrepresent the true destination of a link, or to operate redirect chains or bait-and-switch links that lead to harmful, deceptive, or prohibited content
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation, including through choice of username or handle. We may reclaim, reserve, or reassign usernames and handles, including those that impersonate others or that are confusingly similar to established brands
• Engage in affiliate, referral, or click fraud, or to promote regulated goods or services without the legal permissions required in the relevant jurisdiction

Because these pages are publicly accessible and shareable, we may remove pages or disable links quickly where we identify a breach.

8. Security and system abuse

You must not attempt to access, interfere with, test, scan, disrupt, or compromise any system, network, server, account, or service without permission.

This includes denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning, credential stuffing, scraping, automated abuse, bypassing limits, or attempting to avoid detection.

9. Fair use

You must use our services fairly and within any limits attached to your plan. Where a plan is described as offering unlimited bandwidth or similar, that use remains subject to the fair-use limits set out on the relevant plan page or in the Terms of Service. Excessive use that affects other users, system performance, network stability, or service quality may be restricted.

10. Copyright and intellectual property complaints

If you believe content hosted on, linked from, or made available through Gbefunwa infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to abuse@gbefunwa.com including:

• Your name and contact details
• Identification of the work or right you say has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

On receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected customer, who may submit a counter-notice.

11. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may take action including:

• Removing content
• Disabling links
• Limiting account features
• Suspending or terminating services
• Preserving records and reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities
• Recovering reasonable costs incurred in investigating and remedying the breach
• Taking any other action needed to protect Gbefunwa, our users, partners, infrastructure, or the public

We may act without prior notice where the issue is serious, urgent, unlawful, harmful, or likely to affect our platform or third parties. Where services are suspended or terminated because of a breach of this Policy, you are not entitled to a refund for the affected services.

12. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Gbefunwa services in breach of this Policy, please contact us at abuse@gbefunwa.com.

Please include relevant details such as the website, domain, link-in-bio page, email headers, screenshots, or any other evidence that may help us investigate.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The latest version will always apply once published on our website, and we will take reasonable steps to notify customers of material changes.
